The molecular biologist Dr. Fritz Treiber from the Geschmackslabor University Graz shows his Shot Cut, filmed in Japan where he collected cultural impressions enhanced by culinary tastes: Stolen moments – exposed.
You have also the chance to taste some japanese delicacies.
Like artists make an analytic control by testing and editing materials for their work the cook  the cooking-processes and the culinary enjoyment can help to sensualize our mouth feeling and update the process of eating.
