Dr. Fritz Treiber (c) Treiber
The molecular biologist, author, director and taste researcher Dr. Fritz Treiber presents some texts in a scenic reading for current political reasons: Tragic short stories from several decades.
Dr. Fritz Treiber was born in Falls Church, Virginia (USA). He studied microbiology and molecular biology at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz and is a course leader at the university taste laboratory and coordinator for the course of nutrition, health and consumption. He appears regularly as a food expert on the ORF program “Studio 2”.
