A story about love, freedom, loss, betrayal, homelessness, death, and guilt.
A topical survey of reactionary, anti-democratic governments, false hopes, disregard for human rights, looking away, loneliness, abandonment and marginalisation.
An indictment of familial, religiously and culturally determined coercion in a dogmatically conservative society.
