Guided Tour: BLOOM & Works by Hartmut Skerbisch at kunstGarten
In April, spring fully takes over the landscape, and the flora of kunstGarten delights with its diversity.
Amid this floral scenery, alongside many other artworks, you can experience the unique creations of
Hartmut Skerbisch: from the scale-accurate spheres, which reflect the Earth’s diameter in proportion, to the fractal works such as the Pythagoras Tree and the garden labyrinth in Dr. Schlossar Park, designed according to Fibonacci principles.
-
Spheres: Proportional to the Earth, with harmonic relationships following the Golden Ratio
-
Fractals & Labyrinth: Principles of growth and nature, realized participatively
-
Participation: Labyrinth implemented by kunstGarten, Irmi & Reinfrid Horn, and local residents; owned by the City of Graz since 2012. Funded by KIÖR & the Federal Ministry for Arts.
